Privacy Policy

You do not create an account and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number. The Interface has no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no tracking cookies.

When you connect a wallet, the Interface reads your wallet address and on-chain balances. Your transactions are public on the GIWA blockchain by design. Our indexer reads public blockchain data (launches, trades, holders) to show lists, charts and statistics.

Your language, theme, this consent choice and a list of your recent transactions are kept in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to us, and you can clear them any time from your browser settings.

If you send feedback we store the message, the optional contact detail you give, your wallet address (only if you leave it attached), the page you were on and your language. We use it only to answer you and to improve Ballast, and delete it on request.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages. We use IP addresses briefly in memory to limit abusive traffic; we do not store them in our database.

Railway (hosting of the site, indexer and database). Pinata / IPFS (token images and metadata you upload are published on IPFS: they are public and permanent). WalletConnect and your wallet provider (wallet connection). GIWA RPC nodes (your browser reads the chain and sends transactions directly to them). Upbit Dojang (whether a wallet holds a Verified Address is read from the chain; Ballast never sees your KYC data). Each has its own privacy policy.

You can ask us to access or delete feedback you sent. Data on the blockchain or IPFS cannot be changed or deleted by anyone, including us. Where local law (for example the GDPR or Korea's Personal Information Protection Act) gives you further rights, you can exercise them through the Feedback button.

We will update this page when our practices change and ask you to accept important changes.
